Who we are

Life Support Hub is a non-profit civil society organisation, dedicated to raising awareness and educating the community in the vital skills of first aid. We believe in the power of human compassion and in the willingness to help our fellow humans in life-threatening situations. Our mission is to give people the knowledge and confidence they need to make a difference when it matters most.

Many people hesitate to get involved with first aid: out of fear, out of doubt in their abilities, or out of lack of knowledge. Yet that hesitation can be the difference between life and death. We are committed to breaking down these barriers, convinced that with the right training every member of the community can become a capable first responder.

We offer a wide range of programmes, from a first general understanding to in-depth certified training, so that everyone finds their place, whatever their level of interest and commitment. Our vision is a society where everyone has the skills to save a life.

Why train with us

Recognised protocols

You train on the guidelines of international bodies. The same framework employers and public authorities look for.

Instructors with field experience

Our instructors work on real incidents. You learn how to react, not just the theory.

Hands-on practice

Modern manikins and realistic scenarios. You leave having done the moves with your own hands.

Free education for schools and the community

For schools that want a first, general picture of first aid, our free non-certified lectures are the ideal starting point. They introduce participants to the basic steps of handling a health emergency, so they can make the crucial difference until specialist help arrives. The programme is open to anyone aged 9 and over (4th grade of primary school).

What it covers:

  • Introduction to basic life support (CPR, recovery position, choking)
  • Recognising and acting on Acute Myocardial Infarction
  • Recognising stroke with the FAST method
  • Recognising and managing a seizure
  • Burns
  • Nosebleeds and bleeding
  • Insect stings and acute allergic reaction
  • Heatstroke and heat exhaustion

The duration adapts to the age group (about 3 hours, with 2 breaks).

For younger children, from kindergarten to 2nd grade, we have created a special presentation: they learn first aid and health education by following their friend, Savvy. That programme lasts about 1 hour.

Your training helps others too

Part of the revenue from our seminars goes towards defibrillators for schools and free certifications for those who need them. You come to learn, and at the same time you make a space safer.
